1. General Policy
At Nitin Sir, we are committed to delivering high-quality education in Mathematics and Physics. Before enrolling, students and parents are advised to carefully review course details, syllabus coverage, and batch timings.
2. No Refund Policy
All course fees paid are non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed. This applies to:
- Online Courses
- Offline Classroom Programs
- Foundation Courses
- JEE / NEET Preparation Batches
- Test Series & Study Materials
3. Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate payment made due to technical error
- Payment deducted but enrollment not confirmed
- Course cancellation by Nitin Sir
In such cases, refund requests must be raised within 7 days of payment.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on banking channels.
5. Batch Transfers
Instead of refunds, students may request batch transfer (subject to availability). Transfer approval is at the sole discretion of the management.
6. Course Access Termination
If a student violates platform rules or shares paid content illegally, access may be revoked without any refund.
